In his new role, Yonchev will spearhead a robust Go-to-Market strategy aimed at scaling Team Topologies’ plan, with a particular focus on nurturing strong partnerships with practitioners, solution partners, advanced partners, and training partners.
Yonchev brings a wealth of experience from impactful roles at Red Hat Open Innovation Labs and Digital.AI. As an early adopter and advocate of Team Topologies, he led the design of holistic pathways that accelerate value creation from adopting cloud native technologies and operating models. His leadership at Red Hat has been instrumental in integrating Team Topologies, Domain-Driven Design, Wardley Mapping, and Outcome Delivery frameworks to drive innovation and success.
