New research reveals data from a survey of 150 UK hospitality operators, and insight from event planner focus groups
LONDON, UK. The research conducted by KAM, an independent hospitality insight agency, spoke to 150 restaurants, pubs, hotels, and other venues of varying sizes across the UK. The survey discovered that 60% of UK hospitality operators say large bookings and events are important to business and revealed data about priority software features that would benefit their business.
