BRIGHTON, UK. 2nd February 2024 – Annual research conducted by G2 Legal, a leading legal recruitment company, has revealed that 35% of their candidates stated that they are ‘very likely’ or ‘likely’ to change their jobs in 2024. This is an increase of 7 percentage points from 2023, whereby 28% stated that they are likely to change jobs.
The survey also asked candidates about their working habits, with 78% stating that they currently work in a hybrid model and 19% stating they work fully in an office. However, when asked about their preferred working model, only 6% respondents said that they want to work fully in an office.
