"I often recall the fond memories of visiting Sylvia as a young boy, when she lived behind the water tower in Hunstanton- after retiring from her and uncle Ken's coal merchant business in Essex," says Harry. "Both Ivy May and Sylvia instilled a strong work ethic into my family- but it was Ivy May who encouraged us to look for long-lasting, high-quality products so you only buy once and buy right."
