Developed to address the increasing need for efficient IT management tools, MyPC Cloud offers a centralised platform for overseeing resource availability. As a multi-tenanted SaaS solution, MyPC Cloud provides a managed server environment, reducing the need for organisations to handle the procurement and maintenance of their own hardware, server operating systems, or SQL servers. iTS is responsible for all updates and maintenance, and a small client, configurable within the platform’s user interface, simplifies the setup process.
MyPC Cloud allows users to check the real-time availability of bookable computers, desks, and rooms from any internet-connected device. Once a suitable resource is identified, users can reserve it for immediate or future use, with the aim of minimising downtime and supporting productivity. Administrators have the ability to set booking parameters, such as booking durations, and access reports on resource utilisation.
