Integrity Governance, the global business that is dedicated to making boards more effective, has announced the appointment of Dudley Peacock as UK Director.
Dudley, who will head up Integrity Governance’s UK office, has been appointed to strengthen the team, and will focus on business development to help drive growth for the organisation. This will see him drive interest amongst boards of their full range of corporate governance services, including board evaluation, reviews, strategic planning, director training, company secretarial services, succession planning and conflict resolution.
Dudley joins Integrity Governance from Q&A ERP, a business involved in helping companies digitalise and automate their business processes, where he was Group CEO; and from Skilful Pursuit, which trains directors in business development and marketing strategies, where he was also CEO.
He has over 28 years of experience in advising directors at brands such as WPP and BAE Systems on their business development, marketing, digitalisation and transformation strategies.
Dudley will report into John Harte, the Managing Partner at Integrity Governance, who leads the global business.
John Harte, the Managing Partner at Integrity Governance, commented on the appointment:
“Dudley is the perfect fit for our organisation, with his wealth of experience in both business development and in working closely with directors.
“His knowledge and experience means he will be able to quickly identify, understand the issues and needs of boards and directors, and communicate the best possible governance solution; whether that’s company secretarial services through to board reviews.
“He will play a key role in strengthening our UK team and delivering growth.”
Dudley Peacock, the UK Director at Integrity Governance, said:
“I’m very excited to join a team of like-minded, experienced professionals to help drive awareness and sales of the wide range corporate governance services we offer that add value to boards.
“Governance issues are increasingly topical as boards start to look at the bigger picture regarding improving their effectiveness and being fit for the future, as the pandemic subsides. I’m looking forward to communicating how we have the governance services to make good businesses great in the UK, whether that’s via board reviews, director training as part of an induction, or company secretarial services, to name a few.”
