With an impressive 15-year career in the events industry, Millie has worked with some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Google, YouTube, Manchester United, TalkTalk, Hyundai, and Nike. Known for her ability to connect with people and bring client visions to life, Millie’s approach combines creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs.

As a half-Italian supermum to her spirited 2-year-old son, Luca, Millie knows a thing or two about balancing life’s demands. When she’s not crafting unforgettable events or chasing after Luca, she’s lifting weights or indulging in her love of Prosecco. A die-hard Manchester United fan and master of Italian cuisine, her legendary lasagne is just as impressive as her deadlift.

Joining The Chameleon Agency as Client Services Manager, Millie is eager to collaborate with clients in 2025 to deliver purposeful, inspiring events that leave a lasting impact.

Carla joins The Chameleon Agency as a Junior Producer, bringing a First-Class Events Management degree and a wealth of hands-on experience from her previous agency role. Carla’s meticulous attention to detail and enthusiasm for crafting memorable event experiences make her a perfect fit for the fast-paced world of event production.

A self-confessed foodie and avid traveller, Carla is always on the lookout for new flavours and cultures to inspire her creativity. Her passion for exploration fuels her ability to deliver fresh ideas and unique perspectives to every project.
