Roq Appoints Sourabh Dixit as CCO to Lead Strategic Growth and Client Engagement

With a career spanning over 25 years in Quality Engineering leadership roles across various industries and regions, Sourabh brings an extensive background in consultative sales, client engagement, and quality delivery. He joins Roq to define and drive the company’s growth and go-to-market strategy, leading a dynamic team of Client Directors, deepening relationships with clients, expanding Roq’s market presence, and enhancing the company’s leadership in Quality Engineering.

With his substantial experience in both consulting and testing, Sourabh has helped numerous clients evolve their Quality Engineering practices, streamline operational efficiency, and drive strategic transformation programmes. Over the last decade, he has focused on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors, where he played a crucial role in executing complex initiatives, including large-scale Core Banking transformations.
