Fahey's last role, Global Chief Commercial Officer for People 2.0, came after playing a key part in the successful sale of Brookson Group, where he spent 25 years, rising to CEO in 2020. His expertise is expected to significantly enhance The Briars Group's capabilities as a full-service international expansion offering.
Known as a thought leader in the contingent workspace, Fahey's innovative approach to workforce strategy is anticipated to inject a fresh perspective into the firm's operations, with an immediate focus on scaling the commercial arm of the business.
